It's amazing when something works the way it's supposed to. I purchased Firestone tires over 2 years ago, which came with a lifetime guarantee. A few weeks ago, I must have driven over a nail, and my tire was flat by the time I came to the parking lot after work. I towed my car to a different tire place, this one in La Canada. They checked the computer, and voila, free service. They were friendly and kind (it was a rainy day and they were extra nice about the hassles of towing a car in the rain). The tired was fixed for free and I've been driving on it for 3 weeks with absolutely no problems. Thank you Firestone! And the nice men at this Firestone location.
