I recommend this place for tire changes after reeding reviews I appreciate there sales person friendly. I also avoided Mike since 70% the negative reviews are regarding him unfortunately it's sad. The reason that one worker can single handedly a almost perfect 5 star business to a under 4 star.

Fire Stone in La Cañada is the best place to go… Dave and Mike are going to treat you like family. They tell you exactly what’s wrong with your car and never try to upsell you. We’ve been using them for 10+ years and will never stop.

This place is great. Dave remembers almost every customer that walks in and will take care of you and if he can't, he can find out who can. Never felt like I was being upsold or talked down to which, as a woman, happens pretty often at auto places. They also offer shuttle service to drop you off somewhere within 2 miles which is a plus if you work nearby.

I bought new tires here months ago (a great experience in itself—four matches were found and installed in less than two hours) and stopped by this morning to check a low pressure warning. Dave was warm and welcoming, immediately found the problem, and repaired it. Professional, speedy service with a neighborhood vibe.

Firestone La Canada went out of their way to help me with my tire warranty from 2020. They squeezed me in and replaced the tire I had bought previously with an even better tire. Dave really takes care of his customers and it was greatly appreciated. I live 2 hours away now but still come to the area for doctors appointments etc. I will make a point to do my maintenance here if possible. Thanks again!
